Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Account Manager to join our team at Microsoft Canada. As a key member of our Customer Success Unit, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business outcomes for our strategic customers.

As a Customer Success Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, working closely with them to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will leverage your technical expertise and industry knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and optimize customer usage of Microsoft products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive business outcomes
  • Identify and mitigate customer blockers to consumption
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and services

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, or a related field
  • Strong technical expertise and industry knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
