About the Marketing Operations Manager Role

We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is crucial in enhancing marketing efforts through technology, data analysis, and process optimization.

  • Campaign Management & Support: Oversee technical execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring integration and leverage of marketing technologies (e.g., automation platforms, CRM, ad platforms).
  • Data & Analytics: Track, measure, and report on marketing strategy performance, developing dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide insights.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline and standardize marketing workflows to increase productivity and maintain high data quality.
  • System Administration: Serve as administrator for marketing technology platforms, managing integrations and data flow between systems.
  • Lead Management: Implement and monitor lead scoring, attribution, and nurturing processes within marketing automation platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to align strategies, facilitate data sharing, and improve lead handoff processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • B2B Tech marketing experience with 2+ years of admin experience in Hubspot and strong experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights from marketing data.
  • Ability to understand, assess, and implement lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalization, and other lead/customer management practices.
  • A deep understanding of attribution models, data hygiene, analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and running the governance of a marketing automation platform.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
