About the Job

The Perinatal Care Specialist will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating client care, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

This role requires a skilled and compassionate nurse who can demonstrate a specialized body of knowledge and base practice on nursing science and related content from other sciences and humanities.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $41.42 to $55.91, effective April 1, 2024. As a Casual employee, you'll have access to internal postings, including permanent and temporary positions, and may have opportunities for regular employment.

About this Opportunity

Working in the Maternal Child unit at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital, you'll have the chance to work with Antenatal, Intrapartum, and Postpartum patients and families. Our team provides maternity care for the continuum of pregnancy and postpartum, as well as pediatric inpatient services and a level 1b NICU.
