- Workflow Management: Skilled in mapping workflows into diagrams and working with large datasets in spreadsheets.

- 2+ years working as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or technical role within the financial services industry
- Work experience or knowledge in investments industry: discount brokerage and wealth management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business, and/or Finance with relevant work experience
- Closed worked with JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab or equivalent tools
- Knowledge in banking and/or cryptocurrency industry
- Software development and/or entrepreneurial experience
