About the Role:
The Residential Services Attendant is a key member of our Residential Services Team, responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional service to our residents and their guests. This role requires a warm and welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to residents and their guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival and departure experience.
- Load and unload packages from vehicles, and assist residents and their guests with general inquiries about the local area.
- Transport packages, dry cleaning, groceries, and other items to the residences, as needed.
- Assist the Residential Concierge with various tasks and responsibilities, as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and command of the English language.
- Ability to lift at least 60lbs, and stand for extended periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a Guest Services role in a high-end residential or hotel operation.
- Exceptional communication skills and command of the English language.
