Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and Coordination: Coordinate the dispatch of personnel and vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and materials.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and organize operational logistics, including scheduling production runs and tracking work orders.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Troubleshooting: Respond to urgent calls and resolve work problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skill Set: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, accurate, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position working 32-40 hours per week.
