Dynamic Freight Sales Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to join our team at Nu-Era Logistics Inc.
About the RoleAs a Sales Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our logistics solutions and service sales across all product areas. You will focus on over-the-road sales, as well as air freight and ocean freight, within the province of Ontario and customer base.
Foster client relationships to ensure ongoing needs support, obtain new customers through sales activity, and develop strategic relationships with clients. Regular communication is key to meeting customer needs and ensuring business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the single point of contact for NUERA solutions and service sales across all product areas.
- Aggressively obtain new customers through sales activity and relationship development.
- Perform all aspects of the sales process, including inputting and updating relevant activities in CRM daily.
- Develop a growth strategy and set quotas focused on financial gain and profitability to meet revenue targets.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 5+ years experience in field sales in over-the-road freight sales/freight brokerage/3PL.
- Additional operational experience in air and ocean freight will be considered an asset.
- Fluency in CRM, Cargowise systems is an asset.
- Basic PC knowledge along with MS Office applications experience is required.
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $95,000 per year, plus unlimited commission based on gross profit generated. Our benefits package includes:
