Junior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team at Société Générale Assurances. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will play a crucial role in providing actionable insights and financial analysis to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Financial Analysis
- Consolidate and communicate daily financial results to senior management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand underlying business drivers and issues.
- Track and analyze risk and capital variances against budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to the creation of insightful presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
- Undertake ad hoc financial analysis projects to provide insights into specific business decisions.
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to develop financial models for scenario planning.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of banking industry regulations and financial reporting standards is a plus.
