Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising displays and store layouts to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor and control store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales goals, implement promotions, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including counting tills, reconciling cash, and securing the store.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
