Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

FLOORING FOR LESS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of store employees
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
