Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at BVD Kamloops Travel Centre. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Operations and Administration: Establish work schedules, prepare sales reports, and resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, with a focus on sales and customer service.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a focus on customer satisfaction. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.

- Reliability: Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and responsibilities.
- Team Player: Collaborate with sales staff and management to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction.
