Job Title: Retail Store Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team at BC LTD. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including managing sales staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in retail management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
