We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present menus and make recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary needs.
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately and efficiently.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Smart Serve certification.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
