Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced hotel and resort environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in a team environment to deliver excellent service to guests
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assist with setting up and cleaning banquet facilities
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in food and beverage service an asset
  • Criminal record check
  • Smart Serve certification
