Banquet Server Job Description

At Living Water Resorts, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present menus to guests and make recommendations on food and beverage options.
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after each use.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Smart Serve certification.
  • Criminal record check.

Working Conditions:
