Job Title: Banquet Server

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Banquet Server to join our team at Living Water Resorts.

Job Summary:

The Banquet Server will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all guests have a positive dining experience by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that all aspects of the banquet service are executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a food and beverage service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
