Digital Transformation Manager | Artificial Intelligence Strategy

At KPMG, we seek an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Manager in our Advisory Services practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and leverage expertise in AI to deliver innovative solutions.
- Drive growth initiatives and develop AI strategies that align with clients' business goals.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for applying AI solutions to improve business processes and outcomes.
- Develop and implement AI systems, ensuring they are practical, scalable, and deliver measurable value.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Business, Management Information Systems, etc.).
- 6-8 years of experience in digital transformation or implementing technology solutions, including prior experience with AI system development or implementation.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of AI techniques and approaches, including understanding necessary conditions to apply them effectively to solve real-world problems.
