About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Support Worker to join our team at Home Concierge - Limited Partnership. As a PSW, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one care to our members in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, grooming, and exercise
  • Support members with meal preparation, laundry, and household tasks
  • Escort seniors to appointments and outings, promoting social interaction and community engagement
  • Observe and report any changes in member status to the Concierge and Director of Operations
Requirements
  • Graduate from a recognized Personal Support Worker program, Health Care Aide Program, or International Educated Nurse
  • Level 1 First Aid, CPR/AED Certificate
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as required
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Flexibility to meet changing priorities and adapt to new situations
