Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business results
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and business decisions
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions
- Valid Level 2 insurance license
