At HUB International Canada West ULC, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in insurance and risk management.



The Opportunity

We are looking for a Commercial Account Manager who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients, building strong relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow our business.



Responsibilities


  • Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our business, including identifying new sales opportunities and upselling/cross-selling existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and marketing, to provide a seamless client experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring we remain competitive and compliant
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction


Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong background in risk management and client service
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its trends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of energy and motivation
