About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Glazier to join our team at AK SANDHAR GLASS LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality glass installations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Glass Requirements

Determine the type of glass, frames, and materials required for each installation project.

Measure and Cut Glass

Measure, mark, and cut glass to precise specifications.

Install Glass and Hardware

Position and secure panes in frames, assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, or glass products, and install door, window, and other hardware.

Repair and Maintain Glass Structures

Repair glass doors and other glass structures, and ensure all glass installations are safe and secure.

Work at Heights and with Equipment

Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages, and operate man-lift mobile equipment, cranes, and other lifting equipment.

Supervise and Transport

Supervise other workers and transport cases of glass to and from job sites.

Estimate and Plan

Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan and coordinate installation schedules.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the glazing industry.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

35 to 40 hours per week.
