We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Glass Installation Specialist to join our team at AK SANDHAR GLASS LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality glass installation services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Glass Requirements

Assess the type of glass, frames, and materials required for each installation project.

Measure and Cut Glass

Accurately measure and cut glass to ensure a precise fit for each installation.

Install Glass Panes

Position and secure glass panes in frames, ensuring a secure and watertight seal.

Assemble and Install Glass Products

Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, or glass products, adhering to manufacturer specifications.

Install Hardware and Repair Glass Structures

Install door, window, and other hardware, and repair glass doors and other glass structures as needed.

Operate Scaffolding and Lifting Equipment

Operate scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring a secure working environment.

Supervise and Transport Glass

Supervise other workers and transport cases of glass to and from job sites.

Estimate Costs and Materials

Estimate costs and materials required for each project, ensuring accurate quotes and efficient resource allocation.

Work at Heights and Read Specifications

Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages, and read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.

Maintain a Clean Work Area

Clean and maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to company standards and regulations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in glass installation or a related field.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

35 to 40 hours per week.
