Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Director to lead our construction projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, and execution.
  • Develop and implement project safety plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on multi-unit residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
  • Proven track record of managing complex construction projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and budget management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor project teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and specifications, with a strong understanding of construction methods and techniques.
