Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team at Trans-Logic Truck Lines Ltd. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in transportation supervision and a willingness to relocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to ensure efficient operations
  • Supervise a team of workers and projects to achieve company goals
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance team performance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recommend personnel actions to support team development
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of equipment and supplies
  • Requisition or order materials and equipment as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in transportation
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and strong organizational skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Language and Work Environment

This position requires fluency in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to relocate to support the company's operations.
