Job Title: Truck Driver-Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team at Trans-Logic Truck Lines Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and report on driver performance and vehicle maintenance
  • Coordinate with dispatchers and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a supervisory role in the transportation industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
  • Flexibility and willingness to relocate
Work Environment:
