Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of truck drivers and ensure the smooth operation of our transportation fleet.
- Prepare and review reports on production and other key performance indicators.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and recommend personnel actions as needed.
- Coordinate repairs and rentals, as well as requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a supervisory role is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of flexibility.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
As a Truck Driver-Supervisor, you will be working in a fast-paced transportation environment, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will be part of a recognized employer with a permanent work term and a 40-hour workweek.
