Job Summary

Woodman's Fine Cleaning is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dry Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dry cleaning equipment and machinery, as well as supervising and coordinating the activities of our dry cleaning and laundry workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Arrange for regular maintenance and repair work to be performed on our dry cleaning equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels in our dry cleaning operations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our dry cleaning operations.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our dry cleaning and laundry workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of performance and compliance.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a dry cleaning or laundry environment.
  • Supervisory Experience: 3-4 years of supervisory experience in a dry cleaning or laundry environment.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

Our dry cleaning operations are fast-paced and require a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
