About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dry Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Lions Gate Fabricare Cleaners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Emergency Response: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, implementing measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Specialty Cleaning: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring they are handled with care and precision.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit progress reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal productivity.
About the Team

You will be working with a team of 3-4 people, collaborating to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional results.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment, requiring you to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. You will be standing for extended periods and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
