- Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
- Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Specialty Cleaning: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensuring they are handled with care and attention to detail.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit progress reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Dry Cleaning Supervisor, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure. You must be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain a high level of productivity.
Requirements- Language: English
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week
