- Insurance Policy Presentation: Present and explain insurance policies to potential clients, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions, coverage limits, and exclusions.
- Customized Insurance Programs: Customize insurance programs to meet clients' specific needs and budget constraints.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including prospecting efforts, sales presentations, and follow-ups.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients on insurance options.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Alberta General Insurance License: Level 1 Alberta General Insurance License is required.
- Sales Experience: Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing, is preferred.
- Successful Sales Track Record: A successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas is preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills are required.
- Customer Service: A dedication to customer service is required.
- Multi-Tasking: The ability to multi-task is required.
- Presentation Skills: The ability to make presentations to potential customers is required.
- LLQP License: An LLQP License is preferred and must be obtainable.
