We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team at Indigo. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to leverage their expertise in email marketing, digital communications, and marketing automation to help us achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing metrics, be detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills, and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, merchant, and loyalty teams, to develop compelling email content and visuals that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Your technical skills will be put to the test as you design and implement email campaigns using our ESP platform, ensuring accuracy, responsive design, and quality across devices and email clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies that align with overall objectives, supporting KPIs like open and click rates.
  • Design and implement email campaigns from concept brief to deployment, managing stakeholder reviews and edits to ensure milestones and interim deadlines are met.
  • Monitor data for triggered email campaigns, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance to improve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the email marketing team to develop and maintain a robust email marketing calendar, ensuring it is up-to-date and changes are communicated to key stakeholders.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, or business.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS coding for email development.
  • Experience working with ESP platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing campaign management, preferably in a B2C fast-paced retail/e-commerce environment.
