Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Edo Japan. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and package take-out food to meet customer expectations
    • Portion and wrap foods to maintain quality and presentation
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to order
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile
  • Inventory Management
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
