Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Krishna Priya Food Services Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 3-4 staff members who prepare and portion food.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent oral communication skills.
    • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
