About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team at A & W. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, such as burgers, fries, and sandwiches, to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, such as peak periods or menu changes.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
