Job Title: Custodian Supervisor

ANC Services LTD is seeking a highly motivated and organized Custodian Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules
  • Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Physically demanding
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Handling heavy loads
