Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Custodian Supervisor to join our team at ANC Services LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of facilities.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of our facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a facilities or maintenance setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
