Custodian Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Custodian Supervisor to join our team at ANC Services LTD. As a Custodian Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Assist cleaners in performing duties
- Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
- Establish work schedules
- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- Work with minimal supervision
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Will train
- Ability to work independently
- Work under pressure
- Repetitive tasks
- Physically demanding
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Standing for extended periods
- Bending, crouching, kneeling
