Facilities Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Custodian Supervisor to join our team at ANC Services LTD.
Job Summary:The Custodian Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that all sites or facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas that require attention and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing duties as needed, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish work schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Perform tasks such as washing windows, interior walls, and ceilings, as well as cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and fixtures.
- Work with minimal supervision, taking initiative to identify and address any issues that may arise.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Will train.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a physically demanding environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
