Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Executive Chef for Special Dietary Needs to lead our kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing dishes for customers with special dietary needs, working closely with dietitians and chefs to develop menus, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals for patients and customers with special dietary needs as instructed by dietitians and chefs.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
