Are you a skilled chef looking for a new challenge?
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team at Dookbaeki Korean Restaurant in Vancouver.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our kitchen team and create delicious meals for our customers. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of food preparation, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training. You will work closely with our head chef to maintain high-quality standards and ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Develop and implement new menus, considering seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage supplies effectively to minimize waste and optimize resources.
- Train and mentor junior chefs, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with the head chef to plan and execute special events, such as catering services and cooking demonstrations.

Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a senior chef or equivalent role.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
