We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, implementing solutions that meet customer requirements, and working as part of a team to support our complete product line.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a great attitude. You will also need to have a degree from a top Canadian University and 2-3 years of experience working in a technical support environment. Additionally, you will need to have working knowledge in help desk and trouble ticket resolution, excellent communications skills, strong customer focus, and experience in trouble resolution combined with strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Implement solutions that meet customer requirements
- Work as part of a team to support our complete product line
- Monitor system notifications to ensure all processes are working properly
- Respond to communications from clients in a timely manner
