F12 is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems. Your duties will include responding to user inquiries, consulting technical manuals and documents to research and implement solutions, and providing advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance
  • Consult technical manuals and documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Supervise other technical support workers in this group
  • Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
Work Environment

F12 offers a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. You will also be expected to demonstrate accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, initiative, judgement, organized, team player, ability to multitask, and time management.
