Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement new cooking techniques and equipment to improve kitchen efficiency and quality.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about food preparation, presentation, and safety.
  • Plan and prepare menus that meet quality standards and cater to customer preferences.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a chef or in a related role.
  • College diploma or equivalent in culinary arts.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
