Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and create delicious dishes that exceed our customers' expectations. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer demand
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to stay ahead of the competition
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Manage inventory and ordering supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results and high customer satisfaction
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a busy restaurant environment
- Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Proven track record of success in leading kitchen teams and improving profitability
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
- Bonus structure tied to performance metrics
