Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies
  • Develop and implement kitchen policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu items
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in leading a culinary team and achieving high-quality results
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
