About the Role

As a Document Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the preservation, protection, dissemination, and research of information in accordance with policies, procedures, laws, and standards governing document management.

You will work closely with the Director of Project Services to perform various activities necessary for integrated document management, including classification, filing, indexing, assembly, entry, traceability, registration, digitization, quality control, transfer, archiving, and destruction of project documentation.

In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and standards governing archives and staying on the lookout for new working methods and tools in integrated document management.

Our Center of Expertise and Major Projects division brings together exceptional expertise and remarkable achievements from our Building and Civil & Mining divisions.

We are passionate about delivering projects that shape our communities and pave the way for a bright future, while respecting the highest industry and environmental standards.

About the Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as 4 weeks of annual vacation, flexible group insurance, and a group RRSP with employer contribution to a Deferred Profit-Sharing Plan (DPSP).
