Human Resources Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner/Diversity, Equity and Inclusion leader to join our high-impact, high-performing team at The Ladders. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for building internal partnerships within the business to drive strategic initiatives and promote a culture of inclusion and diversity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and promote a positive work environment
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and promote a culture of belonging
- Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers on diversity, equity, and inclusion matters
- Conduct training and development programs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion awareness and skills
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and employees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and drive strategic initiatives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
