Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our high-performing team at Randstad. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals and providing support to corporate departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide HR support to corporate departments, including Finance, Legal, Marketing, Operations, and IT
  • Collaborate with the Chief Human Resources Officer to drive HR initiatives and improve employee engagement
  • Conduct employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a director-level role
  • Strong background in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and ability to develop and implement DEI strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment law and labor relations
