Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Trainer

Crestline Coach Ltd is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will play a crucial role in instructing and coordinating the training activities of our production employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create comprehensive training materials tailored for manufacturing operations, including manuals, guides, and course materials.
  • Design and develop practical, interactive training programs that deliver a high return on investment.
  • Lead training sessions for manufacturing staff, focusing on operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality control standards.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related field, such as communications, technical writing, adult education, or training.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and a background in education or training are preferred.
  • Proficiency in using production equipment, ERP, MES, and lean manufacturing tools.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, essential for facilitating engaging training sessions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a background in training needs analysis and program evaluation.
