Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead our food service team at YF 2018 Restaurant Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establish effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless daily operations;
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork;
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making;
  • Prepare detailed budget and cost estimates, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources;
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, delivering exceptional service and maintaining a positive reputation;
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare comprehensive food order summaries, driving operational efficiency;
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring timely delivery and presentation;
  • Establish work schedules that balance productivity and employee well-being;
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service leadership roles;

Compensation and Benefits
  • $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience;
